We want to invite you to experience a kind of peace that doesn’t disappear when life gets hard.  The kind of peace that steadies you in the middle of overwhelming emotions and brings you back to yourself when things feel off. That’s the heart behind Joy in Challenges! This 14-week course was created to help you find your way back to that peace again and again.

At the center of this course is a simple but powerful idea:

What if the peace of Christ could act like an “umpire” in your heart, helping you notice when something’s off, pause, and return to a place of steadiness before moving forward? Instead of avoiding emotions or feeling overwhelmed by them, you’ll learn how to recognize what’s happening inside of you, respond with care, and return to a place of peace.

We’ll practice simple, powerful skills together like how to stay relational under stress, repair after disconnection, and navigate emotions in a way that actually strengthens your relationships.

We meet on Zoom and keep it interactive, supportive, and real.

Registration is open now. Bring a friend, we’d love to have you.
