Our True Identity event will help to train your brain for deeper

relational connection with God and people.

We combine neuroscience and theology with fun, interactive exercises designed to transform your life to a new normal of joy and peace.

Gain a wide variety of skills, including how to:

  • Build deeper relational connections with God and others

  • Create atmospheres where people enjoy being together

  • Gain emotional awareness and rebound more quickly from negative emotions

  • Learn to tune  into your heart and receive God’s perspective

 

Alive & Well is co-sponsoring this event with THRIVEtoday - that means incredible Thrive training content presented by Amy Hamilton Glaser, author, creator of Journey Groups and Thrive trainer. You’ll also experience Immanuel Encounter connection and content with Alive & Well founder, Margaret Webb, and Immanuel Encounter Program Director, Teddi Rodgers. 

 

Amy Hamilton Glaser brings her profound knowledge of effective relational skills and neurobiology as well as her passion for application of Scripture into our daily lives!

And Amy is hilarious! Her relatable stories help us to 'get it' and understand how relational skills work in our own relationships.

Meet Pastor Katie Holman, worship leader for River Church Family .

 

Katie homeschools her two daughters and has been married to her husband Gabe for 15 years. In her free time she loves to make art,  write, read fiction and try to cuddle with her 3 cats.  

​

Katie will bring her passion for facilitating authentic, Holy Spirit led worship to our time together as we connect with each other and with the Lord. Katie hopes to encourage believers to meet with Jesus, just as they are.

"I'm Frank, our True Identity KC event MC, and former senior pastor and youth pastor for more than 10 years.

​

I'm passionate about studying and discussing God's word!  I love to EAT,  Laugh, and Love with Christ followers as well as sketchy people in some shady places. I have been married to my smokin' hot-mama wife for 27 years and we enjoy spending time riding my Harley Davidson and building stuff together.

 

I look forward to experiencing True Identity together in Kansas City to foster connection one relationship at a time.”

    • ​Friday, August 25, 2023, 9:30am-5:15pm. Doors Open at 9am.

    • Saturday, August 26, 2023, 8:30am-5pm.

  • Venue: River Church Family, 6400 Woodson Rd, Raytown, MO 64133

  • Cost: $225 includes a box lunch for both days

    • Must register by August 21, 2023 to have your lunches included​
